Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Include clear photos and your order number so our team can quickly resolve the issue.
- If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain products (such as custom pieces, hygiene items, or final sale items) are not eligible for return.
- If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
