Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
  • Include clear photos and your order number so our team can quickly resolve the issue.
  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items


  • Certain products (such as custom pieces, hygiene items, or final sale items) are not eligible for return.
  • If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
